You have found a venue, a photographer and a caterer. Now the SCARY part, the entertainment! Who can you trust? Where do you begin? Wedding professionals agree that good entertainment is the key to having a successful wedding reception. According to surveys, 72% of all former brides say they wish they had spent more time choosing their reception entertainment and 78% of them said they would have made the entertainment their highest priority. Think about it, the food, the venue, the flowers and the photographer could be perfect, but if the entertainment is bad, that is what your guest and family are going to remember.

I offer a very elegant and classy formal presentation for the formal part of your wedding reception and then a very fun, high energy DJ, for the party part of your reception. Here is a general outline of what to expect if you book my service for your wedding reception. Your reception order may be different, but it will give you general idea of how things work.
Planning....You can login to your own online client area to plan your wedding, set your timeline and create a requests list. You can customize your wedding to just what you want. Save your information and work it as you have time and make changes all the way up to the week before your wedding. You can also download my hard copy wedding planner to plan your wedding.
Consultations....I offer unlimited phone and email consultations before your wedding to answer any questions you may have and to help you with the planning your wedding.
Finalizing Your Details....Once you have submitted your planning information, I will contact you the week of your wedding to finalize all of your details. I will go over everything with you from start to finish.
Arrive At Your Wedding....I will arrive at your wedding 2 hours before your start time to set up, sound check and be ready to go before your guest arrive.
Coordination....I will coordinate with your other professionals. This means you can rest assured that everyone (Wedding Directors, Photographers, Videographers, Caterers, etc.) will be on the same page during your wedding.
Guest Arrive At Your Reception....Cocktail hour, I'll play classy jazz and standards or a genre you pick. (During this time formal photographs are being taken of bride and groom, family and wedding party after the ceremony).
The Wedding Party Arrives At The Reception...I will help line up your wedding party and introduce them. Traditional order: Bride's parents, groom's parents, bridesmaids escorted by groomsmen, flower girl escorted by ring bearer, maid/matron of honor escorted by best man and the formal announcement of the bride and groom.
Blessing Of Food....I will announce the person you have picked to bless your food.
Dinner....I will formally announce the serving of dinner and play classy jazz and standards or a genre you pick during dinner.
The Toast....I will announce the person or persons you have picked for doing your toast.
Cake Cutting....I will announce your cake cutting.
Bride and Groom First Dance....I will announce the bride and groom first dance.
Bride and Father Dance....I will announce the bride and father dance.
Groom and Mother Dance....I will announce the groom and mother dance.
The Wedding Party Dance....I will announce the wedding party dance.
DJ Dance And Party....I will open the dance floor to all, entertain your guest with fun DJ interaction and play dance and party music along with music from your requests list.
Bouquet And Garter Toss....I will announce the bouquet and garter toss. I will call up the girls and then the guys.
Dollar Dance Or Any Other Special Event....I will announce the dollar dance or any other special event you would like to do.
Bride and Groom Last Dance....I will announce the bride and groom last dance.
Grand Exit....I will let your guest know where to go and what to get (bird seed, etc.) for your grand exit.
I also provide music for wedding ceremonies and entertainment for rehearsal parties.
